The foundation campaign. Three phases of thirty days. Phase 1: foundation, just hit the loop. Phase 2: weekly intensity escalations. Phase 3: full Operator-level expectations. Boss on day 90 — a max-effort PT, a 24h fast, and a written reflection on what was true 90 days ago that is no longer true.
Sixty days. Clean fuel, declared PT, sleep on target. The machine recomposes.
PT progression + clean fuel + sleep targets for sixty days. Phases mapped to Beginner → Intermediate transition. Boss: max reps of declared lifts vs day-1 baseline.
